Spokane, Pajamas the Munchkin, and Buc-ee's!

I'm just going to get right into things.

First, the apartment has been shaping into a home these past couple weeks. Thanks to a friend at church, we now have a bed. I also got a projector screen and a projector set up in the recreation/guest room. Also, we have huge bean bag chairs, they are more comfortable than you would imagine. What we really need now is some photos on the walls and a dresser or two for our bedroom. Also, a whiteboard wouldn't hurt.

Just put these cat stairs and the shelf up yesterday. Had a neighbor kind enough to lend me their drill bits and Anna's dad let me use his drill.

On the topic of cats, we have our munchkin! His first name from his momma was Elliot, but me and Anna made the decision to change his name to Pajamas. Me, Anna, and our friend Leah drove all the way to Spokane, Washington to secure him last Saturday. I'd been looking for a munchkin, and I have wanted one very badly. Pajamas has been a bundle of joy for the 6 days we have had him. He is playful, cuddly, and so energetic. Heck, I can't go to sleep without him jumping in bed with me. Matter of fact, all of the cats jump into bed with me when I am trying to go to bed. It is adorable how they do that.

Me and Anna also just started our marriage counseling down in Olympia! We are so excited about getting through the nitty-gritty of marriage talk. It is tough, but it is so exhilarating moving toward our future. It is strange when she is not at the apartment, and it is odd when she is not with me. It feels right being with her. So, I just cannot wait to marry her and to be with her most of the time. To come home to her, to cherish her and love her, all of those romantic adjectives!

This Sunday I will be having a few people over to play some Jackbox, and I'm really looking forward to it. I can't wait to show people me and Anna's home. It's not super impressive, but it's our first apartment. So, it's something I am eager to show off, especially to my loved ones.

I have been preparing for Christmas. Sometime in the next twelve days, me and Anna will be driving around and delivering some Christmas presents to our loved ones. I wanted to give as much as we could this year to ensure that people felt thought of and loved! My friend Aiden did me a huge solid and mailed me some Buc-ee's wrapping paper so I could show my Washingtonian friends and family what it is and what they have been missing out on. The cult gas station.
